Founded in 1992 by microbiologist and immunologist Dr. Myron Wentz, USANA Health Sciences is a science-based company that develops scientifically advanced nutritional, personal-care, and weight-management products. USANA’s R&D team continued their momentum this past year after their successful launch of Celavive in 2018, USANA released 4 new products this year – The Brightening series consists of the Dark Spot Corrector, Vivid White Sheet Mask, Light Complextion Serum, and Luminous Moisture Cream.
USANA also released two mood products. Calm Response and Stress Relief.

Corporate Social Responsibility
In March 2012, USANA Health Sciences launched the USANA True Health Foundation (THF), which was rebranded to USANA Foundation in 2019. The USANA Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides the most critical human necessities—nutrition, clothing, shelter, medical assistance, and health education—to those who are suffering or in need, around the globe.
In 2020 alone, the USANA Foundation:
• Provided 5,224,839 meals
• Donated 13,446 Usanimals
• Impacted over 866,353 people with our programs
• Gave over 1.3 million in grants
• 29,915 bags of food or 377,591 meals provided to school children locally
• 1400 people have volunteered in our USANA Kids Eat Center
Since 2012:
• Provided over 50 million meals
• Over $23 million raised

USANA is continuing its fight to protect the environment by becoming a member of the Utah Sustainable Business Coalition. The company pledged to reduce plastic waste in 2020 and beyond as part of its coalition efforts. USANA’s first step in the pledge was to move to smaller bottles to reduce wasted space and to make the switch from plastic bottles to 25% post-recycled material bottles. The Utah Sustainable Business Coalition consists of Utah businesses and community partners that want to help improve Utah’s environmental health and sustainability.
