Employees are the foundation of our success and catalysts for sustainable business. To build an environment that advocates life-long learning, the Learning and Development (L&D) Advisory Committee was formed in August 2018, consisting of representatives from different levels and departments.

To further promote the reading culture, a webpage dedicated to the e-library was launched on LINK’s intranet on November 2019 to address the modern learner’s fast-paced work schedule and just-in-time learning.

4. Language Lounge (LingMaster and Mandarin Corner)
With LINK’s geographical expansion, language capability is critical for employees to interact with our diverse partners and colleagues. An interactive lunch-time Linguistic Master (LingMaster) with two language streams: English and Mandarin commenced in May 2019.
