Affectionately known as Australia's most innovative and inspirational mumpreneur, Founder & Owner Donna Sillett is a 3rd generation hairdresser, with a career spanning over 24 years, specialising in eco-friendly salon services, who has taken a traditional noisy, overcrowded, toxic, brick-and-mortar commercial salon, and evolved it into a five-star luxurious experience for women, providing eco-holistic pampering from the inside-out, managing not only a team of hair and makeup stylists for both in-salon and mobile hair and beauty treatments, but also manages a collective team of health and wellness practitioners supporting total body wellness - from the inside out.

Macarthur Makeovers has experienced exceptional growth over the past 12 months, recently hiring 17 additional bridal hair and makeup stylists, expanding into 7 additional key locations across Australia, after experiencing an increase of 406% in customer enquries on last financial year, resulting in an increase of 51% in retail sales, and increasing turnover by introducing SalonPay and Afterpay as a payment method resulting in an impressive 133% increase in average customer spend over the past 12 months, giving thousands of more woman access to a complete makeover experience in the comfort and privacy of their own home.

Donna is not only currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management, but also working towards a Bachelor of Business Management, recently creating her own downloadable salon management & collaborating training guides via "Salon Cocktail - tools to shake up your salon business" which is designed to help equip the next generation of commercial and freelance salon owners with the tools to build their businesses, starting with her own Macarthur Makeovers team.
