Key 6th Gen features include

-a WYSIWYG website builder with a range of pre-defined templates to create sites in minutes;
-Mobile Attendee APP that can be styled to suit your brand and look and feel;
-Communication tools to send out invitations, confirmations and marketing emails; a comprehensive registration form builder with easy drag and drop interface;
-inbuilt project management and run-sheet tools to keep events on track; accommodation and travel management;
-exhibitor and sponsor management;
-over 100 set reports and custom report designer;
-a full financial backbone to manage payments, invoicing and receivables;
-a raft of apps to enhance the user experience like Live Q&A, Live Polling, Meeting Matching, My Agenda, Table Seating, Dietary Requirements, Social Stream, Self-Check-in, Gamification plus many more.

Fully PCI and GDPR compliant, the EventsAIR platform has also been enhanced with the new Fast Track learning management system. This allows event planners to upskill and develop their event knowledge with meeting planner and trainer certification courses. Fast Track is offered to educational institutions (at no charge) globally as part of their event planner curriculum.

Recently added to 6th Gen is OnAIR, a virtual/hybrid event environment where attendees, suppliers, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers can interact in a secure, online environment using a mix of video streaming, live chat, exhibitor one-on-one meeting, online workshops, plenary sessions, live agenda and more. OnAIR was created when live events were either cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions when the pandemic started to spread in March 2020. This was a virtual/hybrid extension of its 6th Gen platform to help event organizers continue running events.

The objective of OnAIR is to provide tools to transition live events to virtual in the short term, while engaging attendees with interactive elements that add real business value. OnAIR is also designed with hybrid-style events in mind (a blend of live and virtual events) when restrictions ease. Hybrid events connect both live and virtual audiences within one secure easy-to-use online framework.

Since its inception in mid-March 2020, OnAIR has had over 8,000 attendees test and trial the solution. This feedback was used to enhance its capability set. May 30th 2020 was the official release of OnAIR Version 1 – a design-and-build effort of just 10 weeks. OnAIR Version 2 will be released early July 2020 – all these achieved within a short timeframe.
