Dynamo Selling’s programs help companies improve their sales results through innovative, interactive and modern sales and customer service training content. We deliver specialised programs for face to face selling, phone selling, retail and corporate groups through a combination of sales and customer service training workshops, presentations, role play and sales coaching. Our training programmes place a strong emphasis on the psychology of sales and mindset. Selling is about interacting with others. Through understanding yourself as well as the mindset of others, our clients can learn the best ways to interact with people that will be best received.
In 2018 Dynamo Selling began offering coaching sessions to complement the workshops. We found that companies who have taken advantage of the coaching sessions have seen up to 70% in increased revenue within six months because we work on real-life challenges. Dynamo Selling customises packages specific to each company and their needs. To assist in tailoring the program, we perform an in-depth GAP Attack® to identify the gaps in the company. We have our Dynamo Selling profiling tool which utilises the latest artificial intelligence.
‒ Students fill out a 10-minute questionnaire,
‒ This questionnaire produces a 20-page full-colour report showing students areas for improvement in communication and behaviour, and
‒ It also teaches students how to achieve these improvements.
Dynamo Selling can also accompany students on their client visits to support them in real-life situations, and we track results monthly to monitor progress. Some student successes are:

Another innovative concept we introduced is live phone training. We listen in on phone calls live and provide sales guidance to participants. This activity gives our phone sales training the WOW factor by quickly improving participant confidence, telephone skills, product knowledge and stress management. It puts our participants on the spot, but once they get used to the live pressure, it achieves incredible results.
Motivation and mental health are a significant part of Dynamo Selling’s philosophy, and we believe it is a must to give back to the community. We understand that the prevalence of mental illness in Australia is growing. Almost half the population (45%) will experience a mental disorder in their lifetime. By focusing on mindset, we help our participants understand themselves. We teach emotional intelligence for sales and customer service purposes. However, these concepts apply to everyday life, and we continuously get feedback from participants about how it has positively impacted their life.
